These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Clinic Wala patient application and the website at app.clinicwala.com(together, the "Service"), operated by Clinic Wala. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who Can Use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may add family members, including minors, to manage their care under your account, and you are responsible for the information you provide about them.
2. The Service
Clinic Wala connects you with healthcare providers and lets you book and attend video consultations, order medicines and lab tests, maintain health records and vitals, link your ABHA / ABDM health ID, and manage payments through an in-app wallet and our payment partner. Clinic Wala is a technology platform that facilitates these services; the medical advice, prescriptions, medicines and lab services are provided by the independent doctors, clinics, pharmacies and diagnostic labs you choose.
3. Not for Emergencies
The Service is not intended for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Teleconsultations are subject to the professional judgment of the consulting doctor and applicable telemedicine guidelines.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Payments
Fees for consultations, medicines and lab tests are shown before you confirm. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including not to:
- provide false information or impersonate another person;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
- upload content that infringes others' rights or is unlawful.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, retain and delete your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Clinic Wala is not liable for the medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, medicines or lab services provided by the independent healthcare providers accessed through the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
